They may be tasked with talent acquisition, onboarding, and training and supporting a diverse workforce. HR knowledge and skills ensure compliance with state and federal laws and help create a positive and inclusive workplace.

This course is offered completely online. It includes weekly class meetings on Zoom and asynchronous instruction using Canvas. This class will meet synchronously for 2 hours and will include 2 hours of asynchronous instruction per week. Students should expect additional homework during the week.
